China again is ahead of the whole world not only on production level. TheChinese management has declared one of its most important cares - care ofsimple people. Now probably they develop plans, after which realization allthe Chinese citizens will become officials and will get access to publictreasury and will be able to fill up their personal budget by usual in Chinacorruption. It's the original decision, right? :)
